I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Let me just say, if you haven't tried Sloan Storms books, you are missing out! Seriously good work. Her story telling is real and just turns you raw from it.
Maddie and Grey are at odds again. But Maddie is in denial for so long that her life is taking a dramatic twist and turn, but will Grey stay by her side through her ordeal? That is her true worry. Grey is battling that Maddie is wasting business opportunities and not holding her side of the deal up- with her lack of acting, nor her neglected business.
But Maddie can't run fast enough or far enough to get away from Grey. While Grey can't deal with their persona drama, but he can't even address it, because where is Maddie?! Can Maddie work through her insecurities dealing with Grey? And will Grey learn to open up more to Maddie and work on their relationship?
This book will leave you on the edge of your seat from page one to the very last page. You may even scream some wild things, I certainly did, and the ending!? Oh, the ending! It's a doozy! Damn, I can't get the next book quick enough. So good.
